Competitor Questions.

What are the Gravel roads like? Answer. The gravel section is about 100m at the start and finish of both bike courses and is very fine gravel like sand. (also because of the mount / dismount line you should not be going that fast.)

No wetsuits? Answer. Wetsuits are allowed and encouraged however beginners looking to participate (especially in the sprint race) should know that the lake is quite warm and they don't have to have one. (unlike the Ocean or some lake swims.)

Sprint Race is Hilly? Answer. It is probably one of the Flatest & Fastest Sprint Triathlons (with a lake swim) in all of BC.
