Sunday June 19th from [5:50 AM- 6:45 AM for Olympic Race ][ 8:00 AM - 10:00 AM for Sprint Race][ 7:00 AM - 11:15 AM for KIds and Super Sprint Race] at Whonnock lake. Please Note: No Day of Race registration! except for swim races.

Parking Please Note: that there will be no parking the Park. There will be designated parking outside the gate at the main entrance however anyone who parks in a non-designated area or blocks the race course will be towed.

PRE RACE MEETING:
This meeting will be held Saturday, June 18th at 5:00 PM SHARP! at Whonnock Lake (by The Picnic Shelter) Draw Prizes will be awarded at this meeting.

DO NOT BE LATE!!!! This is the time to ask questions and hear about any changes that have been made.

NO Day of Race Bike Check.
You must pick up your pre-race athlete package before you can check in your bike as it has your race number in your package.

RACE DAY:
Sunday June 19th

Transition Area at Whonnock Lake
The transition area is the grassy area
Between the beach and Rotunda.


5:50 AM         Transition opens for the Races. (bring your bike and put it into the transition area)
6:00 AM         Body Marking and timing chip band pick up (Please Note: priority given to Olympic Athletes
6:40 AM         Athletes directed to go to swim start. Olympic Race Package pickup closes no exceptions!
6:50 AM         Final Instructions to Athletes. All Non Olympic Racers must exit transition area
7:00 AM         Swim Start
7:05 AM         Relay Start 7:05 AM ( if big enough field) will start 5 mins after otherwise same swim start time as Olympic Race.
10:00 AM      Sprint Triathlon Race Package Pickup Closes. (or 15 mins before the Sprint race starts and since the race might start earlier do not be late.)
10:30 AM      Sprint Triathlon Swim Start. (estimated the eariest time will be 10:15 AM so be ready!)

Sprint Race will start after the Olympic competitor is finished the run course or at 3:30 after the Olympic race starts (10:45 AM start) or earlier. Package Pickup for Sprint Race will close at 10:00 AM. No Exceptions!

The kids races will start once the last competitor from the Olympic Triathlon is out of the water. estimated 7:50 - 8:10 AM.
11:45 AM (estimated)      Super Sprint Triathlon Swim Start. (estimated the eariest time will be 11:30 AM so be ready!)

Super Sprint Race will start after the last Sprint competitor is on the run course or at 1:15 after the Sprint race starts (11:45 AM start) or earlier. Package Pickup for Super Sprint Race will close at 11:15 AM. No Exceptions!
